The Knox School engaged with Paddy McKenna Consulting to complete a full review of our Sports Department in September 2024. Paddy’s professionalism and knowledge of the sporting and education industry was fantastic throughout the whole process, pro-actively engaging with key stakeholders. The process and final reports included producing modern and easy to follow reports, questionnaires & presentations; workshops; and culminated in engaging final reviews with staff and our Executive team.
Communication was also excellent throughout. Importantly we now have clear recommendations from Paddy’s reports, and ideas for a pathway to create our own exciting strategy. This will hopefully benefit generations of the school’s community to come and importantly create a thriving and engaging environment at our school.

As Chair of the South East Independent Schools Association we engaged Paddy McKenna Consulting to assist us in developing the SEISA’s strategic plan. Paddy did an exceptional job in assisting us with a detailed and comprehensive plan that will assist our organisation in the coming years.
In facilitating the strategic plan, Paddy had to work with a diverse range of stakeholders who have different thoughts and opinions. His professional and accessible approach enabled him to collate comprehensive data from all areas of the association. He then worked in a proficient way to assist us with editing, prioritising and structuring the plan. His insights in to how best organise and present the document was very helpful in the finalisation of the plan.
